Chosen Family Portraits. There are the families we are born with and there are the families that we choose. Chosen Family Portraits was initiated by photographer Sarah Race and radio journalist Sarah Buchanan. Hosted by the Museum of Vancouver and presented in conjunction with City of Vancouver’s 125th Anniversary, the exhibit features 28 family portraits and oral histories.
